Julian Kazenas is an Equity performer, artist, and production professional from greater central Florida. From simple beginnings in Plant City, Florida, he now works as an entertainment and production specialist in Los Angeles, California.
Recently, Julian has been expanding his list of roles and skills. He currently works as a producer for Skitbags Entertainment. He also books talent as a producer for Vaudeville LLC. Between productions, Julian works as a freelance brand ambassador, representing brands such as Mastercard, Toyota, Oscar Health Insurance, and many more. When he's not in front of an audience, Julian is behind the scenes dilligently assisting clients in their productions. Recently, Julian worked with 501 Auctions and Frieze in production assistant roles.
Within the last year Julian developed a new passion for electronic dance music (EDM). He's been working as a writer and editor for www.thefestivalvoice.com, traveling the greater USA attending some of the greatest electronic music festivals in the world. Julian also conducts artist interviews with established and up-and-coming talent.
Julian started his career in the theatre, working both as production assistant and actor in local high school productions. He took it upon himself to learn all aspects of the business wherever he could. He hung lights during the day and rehearsed lines at night, fully immersed in his education and training.
Upon graduation, Julian chose to pursue his BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida. In the greater central Florida area, Julian performed at Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and acted in local commercials, internet projects, and theatrical productions. When he wasn't acting, Julian found extra income working in production roles. He worked as a lighting assistant at SeaWorld, rigged firework shows for Creative Pyrotechnics, and assisted in musical festival production for local events like Okeechobeefest.
After 5 years of success working in entertainment in Central Florida, Julian decided it was time to pursue his business into a new market and moved to Los Angeles, CA. He lives with his girlfriend and 3 cats.
